Ribbon noodles with lime and sesame
Ingredients
- 80grams noodles per person
- For the dressing: 1 lime - juice and zest
- a dash of sesame oil
- Medium saucepan and boiling water
Method
- Check the cooking time of the noodles on the packet, but always in plenty of boiling water.
- When cooked, drain them and return to the pan, adding the limejuice and zest with the sesame oil, mix well together then keep warm.
- Place a bed of noodles in the middle of the plate or serving dish, stir-fry in the centre, black bean sauce, garnished with tofu and sprigs of coriander.
