Ribbon noodles with lime and sesame

 

Ingredients

  • 80grams noodles per person
  • For the dressing: 1 lime - juice and zest
  • a dash of sesame oil
  • Medium saucepan and boiling water

Method

  • Check the cooking time of the noodles on the packet, but always in plenty of boiling water.
  • When cooked, drain them and return to the pan, adding the limejuice and zest with the sesame oil, mix well together then keep warm.
  • Place a bed of noodles in the middle of the plate or serving dish, stir-fry in the centre, black bean sauce, garnished with tofu and sprigs of coriander.
