Dried Fruits

 

A combination of dried figs, apricots and prunes makes a very healthy breakfast. Soak them overnight, just cover with water infused with half teaspoon of cinnamon, the juice and zest of an orange or lemon. Can be served on their own or laced with Greek or natural yoghurt and honey.

The liquor from soaking dried fruit should always be kept and used in your sweet nut creams.
