Olive oil
Outside of hemp oil it is the best for you, lighter non-virgin oil can be used for shallow frying and keep the best virgin oils for salads and dressings.
Hemp oil
It is the only thing on the planet to contain the Essential Fatty Acids (E.F.A's), in there correct proportions and quantities as well as most of the other nutrients and minerals the body requires.
Many people are now waking up to what happens when our diets do not contain enough E.F.A's, many of our health problems stem directly from the lack of them in our food.
In fact, a good dose of hemp oil and a portion of green leaves (high in Chlorophyll) each day, is giving the body much of its nutritional requirement, or is that just too simple!
Hemp oil applied directly and massaged into the skin works miracles on scares, healing wounds and other skin conditions.
It is the oil for optimum health, my suggestion is to use it daily, enjoy.
Sesame oil
From the little sesame seeds come tahini and oil, it is very strong, a few drops in a dish gives an oriental feel that is very distinctive. See Main Courses, tofu marinade
